Guess I'm switching to Mueller's or Ronzoni. They don't carry a big variety but Barilla can go fuck themselves. September 2013 was life upheaval and moving 5 states over, so I missed this. Thanks for posting this.

Barilla has a pasta plant in Iowa near where my son went to college, so I noticed this bullshit back when it first came out. We had usually bought other brands anyway back then, but I've not bought a single strand of Barilla pasta or a drop of their branded sauce since then. I'm fortunate that my regular grocery store carries imported pastas as well as a wide variety of domestic labels so it was never even a blip on my shopping radar.
