I don't suppose LW can answer that so I'll give it a shot. We started the day with a nice coating of freezing rain to go on top of the 2 feet of now. It is now a hard rain, changing it all to a slushy mess. Now I do like it nice and wet and messy. ;) But this is crazy

I know I haven't responded but I wanted to let you know I have seen and appreciate the kind words. Mardi Gras is busier than I had thought. I am currently on my way to a few more parades. But I promise the stories and picture I have planned will be well worth it!

Mardi Gras comes but once a year and the final hours are counting down ... Lit will be here tomorrow and the days after but Mardi Gras will not ... enjoy!!! !!! !!!

Interesting look

For those that haven't been to Mardi Gras, the Krewes (the people that actually members for the floats and ride in them) have their own collectable throws, and most of the ones that run at night throw light up beads. On Sunday the Krewe of Bacchus throws out light up grapes. (Bacchus is the God of Wine -among other things- in Greek Mythology) I got a set and thought these pics would be something different to share.

As for the fun story and pics I have to do some posing for it for you to get the real affect :)

Now I should have know that you of all people would have brought this back to music :). Glad you like my light up idea. I have lots more light up throws, wonder if any of them hang in the same area. Different colors hehe.
