The pleasure's all mine Tio

No but I've had Poitín ( yeuch! )

I'm sure the cheesey chips are delicious

Poitin and poutine share one quality: an incredible variety in quality. Both can be quite good, but more often aren't.

Let grasses grow and waters flow in a free and wasy way,
But give me enough of the fine old stuff that's made near Galway Bay...

...The sweet poitin from Ireland green, distilled from wheat and rye...

...I'll raise a glass and wish you well, slainte! Muck in your eye

*shrugs* this may not be accurate :)

Frank Lloyd Wright made three legged chairs. One must sit as still as a statue or be tipped onto the floor.

I guess the three-legged chairs would have had an advantage in three-legged races :)

Three points will define their own plane - if you tip over, it's either you or the floor at fault, not the chair. Three-legged furniture doesn't wobble. Four can wobble because three of the legs will be in the same plane while the fourth may not be, and the mass is distributed over all four.
