I figured that out while watching my teenage daughters and their friends perfect their "look." They put an astounding effort into details that fews guys noticed, but other girls did.

They dyed their hair green and purple after I told them that. Guys did notice the hair.

Never forget the longer neck. In almost every case of beauty that I have noticed the person has a defined neck, not just a stub that supports the head on the shoulders. If they are lucky it might even separate the head and shoulder.
