Need help looking for a story

So I've been trying to find this story again for over a year now and no luck. It was about a woman who goes out to water her garden in her bathrobe early morning and has a run in with her playboy old man neighbor (who I think was named Charles). She ends up cheating on her boyfriend who comes home and hears the two of them having sex but doesn't realize it's her and texts her. Also I think they were British. I think I remember the story being called "Meeting the Neighbor" but I've had no luck with searching that title, not even in Wayback Machine. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
