Wonder what a "compultion" is. I bet it's rare and expensive.
I'm guessing that it's something like a poultice. I have not encountered any poultices recently. But when I was child (OK, many, many years ago), they were not uncommon. And I don't think that they were that expensive either. Of course, I could be wrong.

I'll vote for an herbal enema. Or even a Fleet enema. Those were common in my childhood. Oh, the time...I'm guessing that it's something like a poultice. I agree. My ole' Mum was keen on them for curing just about anything.
