The Democrats have nothing to lose. So some guy who is pro-choice can't win in Alabama. Big deal.

But if Moore loses, with Draft Dodging Donnie throwing all in with him, in Ala-fucking-bama, with Bannon stumping, with with every racist, bigoted hate monger out there saying Roy's sexual preferences are better than a Democrat in office? That would be a crater sized hole in the Alt-Right plan.

You obviously haven't gotten the message yet that "the GOP" wants nothing more to do with Moore than it did with Trump. The GOP is on your side regarding these two issues, dummy. Why are you attacking your ally?

Fox Poll shows Moore losing by ten points, so it should be a landslide for the Democrat. The only problem I see is Alabama is an overwhelmingly red state and that poll only sampled 2% more Republicans than Democrats. So, there's that. We'll see tomorrow.

Dems win either way. Maybe moreso if the pervert wins.

I think it is a big deal if Moore wins....

....because, more so.

Heck, the heat is already back on Trump for his abusive actions towards women.

If Moore loses, it's a double loss for Trump in the same election. His previous candidate for the job lost in the primary. :)

WTF?
The GOP/RNC are funding Moore to get elected.
The president is head of their political party. Trump wants Moore elected.
The GOP governor of AL would rather have a pedophile elected than a democrat.

Roy Moore who:
Clearly and categorically says he won't uphold the US Constitution.
Said blacks should still be slaves
Said women shouldn't be able to vote
Said poll taxes should be allowed
Said America was great when we had slavery
Sexually assaulted a minor

Republicans completely own Roy Moore.

Win - lose = win?

If Moore loses that is a major loss for the Republicans. If Moore wins that is arguably an even bigger loss to the GOP.

The baggage Moore would bring to Washington would be a permanent embarassment to the GOP through 2018 perhaps 2020, but would they tolerate him for his vote?

The Evangelical Fundamentalists have claimed the moral high ground for years; where will their credibility be with Moore as their man?

And will McConnel have anything to do with Moore? And how will Moore deal with for example, Susan Collins?

Trump has endorsed Moore and that too is worth considering. Every single thing Trump touches or opines on is devalued, degraded, diminished; each time so far, the GOP has gone along with him, each compromise with Trump drags them a little deeper into the gutter. At some point someone of significant future importance to the GOP is going to have to stand up and say enough is enough. The time to clear out the filth in the GOP is well overdue - but no-one seems to want the job.

On balance I hope Moore is elected and hopefully the present GOP will be broken and reformed by it.

The problem is that Repug voters have NO MORALS. They lack empathy and would vote for SATAN himself if he had an R in front of his name. They are the ultimate hypocrites. They aren't even true Christians.

Democrats need to stop this high road nonsense, Al looked so stupid resigning before due process while the smug southern hillbilly craddle robber walks with his head up high to the sky.

Repugs.don't.care.

Stop being nice to them and work to energize young voters and independents.

FakeNews Bobby boy.

You need to read between the lines of the platitudes faux breast beating and bear witness to what has come to be the acceptance by the GOP of the Axis of the Trump/Moore/Bannon evil.

Sure there are a few never Trumpers scuttling about but by and large the GOP has been taken over and the vast majority have fallen in line.

Trump winning was a big deal. Moore winning is expected. Now the lying, sexist, hypocritical, egotistical, bigots feel completely free to come out of the closet.

This just makes it easier to spot them.

Projection is obviously so much easier to fling at others than simply keep to yourself.

The difficulty of polling special elections is well known. Add to that the uncertainty spawned by the fact that Alabama's Democrats aren't often motivated to bother to vote.

Aside from him being a con artist and a likely criminal, Moore has run a bizarre race. I'd find it hard to vote for somebody who has refused to debate and can't be bothered to even campaign. But Alabama is likely America's dumbest state, so the safest bet is on Moore to win by a margin similar to the 4 points he won his Supreme Court race by.

Don't let Mississippi fall off your radar for that title. Honestly they both should be exempt from federal law. No min wage, no child labor laws, no truancy, no education, no nothing. We need our own third world in the continental US. Maybe we need some sort of opt-in for certain laws. Forget all that "in-alienable" stuff. Think of all the money Roy Moore will save on trips to Thailand.

Read a Tweet begging the Democratic voters in AL to not get lulled into a sense of false security. That it's fake news to be up by 10% so the Dems think they've won and stay home tomorrow.
