Wrassled with the pond-pump......
but first had to bust off the ice!

A nipple broke off the pump!
Now THAT's cold, when one's nipple breaks off! DAMN.
Sure cold can make them hard, but BRITTLE?

Trip to hardware store, then to the last day of the pond store, got a near match which could use.

Happy to hear?

of course you are.

"hard to please"?
Hard after freeze.

was just thinking of the term "hard and fast",
which could be a "good thing", if the words were read in a sexual way— (more like "fast and furious", a passionate frenzy):D
or
less "good", in a sexual way (fast, being "over too quickly").

The original meaning being more like "written in stone"... "hard" being "rigid" in the sense of "immovable" , "fast" being "secure".

Take it as you like it. Hopefully that is mutual.:)

dusted with snow...
not "bad" and might get enough for a White Christmas.:)

funny, as we actually had 10 inches.

cue juvenile humor... "had 10 inches?"

hmmm...

Haven't rambled/bumped in quite a while, and I know how that pleases some.

COVIDin', which is tedious in many ways. I really miss being able to hang out at the café. Though I did get a commission at another branch of the café in town — 'cept it was only open for carry out, and I was busy with the job, so it wasn't quite as fun as sketching at a table while sipping a mocha and people watching. Though I DID get to sip a mocha and watch the few customers who came in (and left). And it was good to get out of the house for a few days.

I imagine that "Z" has missed my ramblings.

May be fresh for someone else.

It's hard to know

... but I'm easy to get to know.
if one desires.

ramblin' gamblin' man.

Alrighty, not really a "gambler" — tho" I did buy some lottery tickets a few weeks back, just for giggles.

Didn't win

Fueled some dreams.:)

Haven't rambled to myself (here) for quite a while. (about a year now)

"So, how'd you like the show?"
"It was alright. Same characters, same dialogue."
"But you're the same audience. Why do you keep coming back?"
"Good question. Why do you keep putting on the same performance?"
"Hmm... I suppose that I hope to catch someone new."

I've found that I am not good at being one of a pile of groupies. Or is that groupers? Or gropers?
