hi. New to this thread so not sure if this has been done before or over done But it's a challenge i use to share with some friends. Basically you write a word and the next person writes a 4 line quick poem and then gives a word for the next person etc. If it sucks I'm sorry. My word for the first person game enough to try follow my rambling is.............. Highland

(you're on!)

Afterward inserting 4 line poem after Tzara made me read the damn directions. (TY TZ)

Next Stop, Ireland

my clan buried the sons
of the Campbells on Scotts'
highland. Centuries of skirmish
later, Kingsmen evicted us.

Park

The night had settled as the car stopped at the park down by the river./ The cool breeze off the water raised goosebumps as our bared flesh began to shiver/ In anticipation we laid ourselves down upon the dewy grass./ And you moaned with delight as I gently kissed and licked and enjoyed your offered ass. the next word is breeze.

trajectory
Love shot his heart pure linear,
but gravity bent his inertial arc
parabolic, trajectory near vertical,
and the affair ended augered in the earth.

Next word: schism

I think you're supposed to respond with a four-line poem as well as a word, Dora. :)

Spinal Tap

Cranked to eleven, the amplifier
suddenly went predatory and ate
my guitar. My fingers bled a dirge.
Bring on the chthonic gods!

Across the bed on her back she laid./ And a gargled, inarticulate noise she made./ As she felt her cervix pierced by his cock./ She moaned in wonder, ecstasy and shock The next word is TULIP

pink straight I need the profuse green
lush and tangled brush wild flowers, please.

In the umber glow of the the post-apocalyptic boom/The wind blew in circles, in silence, alone./ For no spirit was left to rise to the glory./ Noone was left to listen to the story...

The old Zephyr 6 had a bench seat,
perfect for inarticulate teen explorations
I whispered the same yearning into your hair
last night, grey now but still your engine roared.

When you speak of her eyes,
do you talk about the emerald sparkle
or the vibrant green? I speak of envy,
wishing she were mine.

When finally your eyes, wide
And still as an empty pasture, turn
To me, I'm inarticulate as a stump,
Words ground down into sawdust

They've fixed a handrail now where you fell
but still lost in the memories, I'm swept away
to the days of salty summer skin
kissed to your smile, remembered sun.
