Having recently crittered a few metal song lyrics by sexgundam666, I should probably put up or shut the F up.

Sibling Rivalry
Two hundred sixty-five down, one more to go
Before the final stage curtain drops upon on the show
The Prophecies of old are soon to be fullfilled
A vacant throne never again to be filled
The Body of Christ, decapitated
Blindly stumbles as if the walking undead
Grasping wildly for hands, in need of being led
Arms flailing, in search of its human head
Lost is equilibrium
Stolen, the momentum
The hour swiftly approaching
Inevitable change to come
That's when the Daughter of Mary
Steps forth from the cheering crowd
Unsheathing her sword
Without a word spoke aloud
Gripping the hilt of her blade tight
With all of her might
And before her Sisters and God
In the broad of daylight
Deals the deathblow
Blood
Splattering across the snow
Screams
Wizards scrambling in hopes of capturing
Fleeting drops of the red wine in a golden chalice
Sorcerers cower, noses to the dirt in every earthly palace
Angels trumpeting, no longer sing
Choking on the vomit of their own malice
The Maiden continues without remorse
Determined, relentlessly
With brutal rage, violent force
Hacking away at each limb and knee
Leaving nothing to the Body of Christ
Leftover in the slaughter
Exit the stage, Son of God
Now, enter his only Daughter!
Worlds At War
Lightning strikes
Ground rips apart
Motors whine, gears unwind
The End is about to start
Soon there's more than one
Monstrous tripods loom
Canvassing neighborhoods
Mechanized spiders of doom
Worlds at war
The life you have yet to live is
Nevermore
The course of history changed
Forever
Run for your lives
Ear shattering screams
Bodies crushed into pulp
Torched with laser beams
Buildings blown away
Tidal waves of debris
Seas of ash and fume
Blanketing every city
Worlds at war
The life you have yet to live is
Nevermore
The course of history changed
Forever
Run!
Run and hide!
No time to pick up the shattered pieces
Of what's left of your insignificant lives
Run, run!
Amongst those who have died
Where they did stand
Mothers with babies in hand
Sons and daughters
Husbands and wives
Forever
The course of history changed
How did we ever get to this place?
Manifest destiny gone deranged
Annihilation, extermination
Impending extinction of the human race
Running to the hills
Finding refuge underground
Earth trembling overhead
Vibrates with deafening sound
Civilization left in ruin
In a matter of hours
What will come to be
Of this planet that was ours?
Worlds at war
The life you have yet to live is
Nevermore
The course of history changed
Forever
Never
Never
Never to be the same
Shouldn't the spider be a raven with a line like nevermore? And the tripod would/could be the beak. The screams mixed with the caw of the raven. I'm sure it would even be possible to slide more Poe in. Telltale hearts underground...
EDIT: for what I mean by go over take a look at my comment on Decimation.
The current version of Decimation came off in my mind as pretty watered down radio metal of 10 years ago. The airwaves were just innundated with loud guitars and shouters and it was all very mediocre.
Also, after reading these, I'd love to see what you do with a song titled. I Got 99 Problems But You Ain't One. A good ol' fuck you song.
Balls.
My left brain is saying I'm already juggling enough hot plates at the moment.
My right brain is currently writing it.
Kill the Wabbit
Satan I'm fine with, it's the bible thumpin bs that really fucking makes me throw up. Religious people are just a bunch of fucking idiots pleading to have their dumb asses saved by some imaginary, ficitious entity. News Flash. It ain't happening
It Must Be Some Kind Of Love
First
Let me get this off my chest
I think it would best
If you would just shut your mouth
(snikt)
It must be some kind of love
Or insanity
I'm not sure which
