Not really.
I would just post a link to your poem as it appears on another website that you are capable of editing.
That way anyone who discovers the link will always be presented with the latest version of your poem.
To copy paste your poems directly into Facebook posts will be more of a headache to return and edit.

You should probably check that out there or ask someone here privately. It's against Lit's rules to promote other sites here. That is to say that we should not be having an open discussion about other sites here.
