It's true it would be hard to find all of the members at Lit- but it's easy to find the Moderator- Laurel- who would be held responsible. And yes, Laurel could be found out.

Tells you everything about who owns Lit- Names, Addresses, telephone numbers, etc.

I don't need that I have checks from contest winnings with that information.
But I just can;t see her being held responsible.
She covers everything under freedom if speech.
Although I suppose if you wanted to push the bar she has a "non harassment" rule that is broken daily and mostly by all her good friends in the shark pit GB where they chase people outside of lit through their facebooks and twitter.
I find it strange how they find people's real info....wonder how they get it?
Bottom line? If someone tried to sue? It would be deserved because the site is to lazy to follow its own rules, but would it get anywhere? I doubt it.
