How do I fix this gawd-awful UI?

How do I get the columns that are in another time zone on the faaaar right (Last Post, Replies, Views), over onto the left side of the screen, where they belong?

Huh? Which browser are you using. If you're complaining about how far to the right the columns are make your browser width less.

I bet you used your browser in full window, right?

Try using it the way windows are meant to be used as separate windows on the desktop.
