Seeing as you asked
I dont know whether you have drawn it or its a mesh render touched up -doesnt matter
Given your competence level and the effort you put in I feel justified in being brutal
Its not good. Its flat and dull. Unfocussed -over detailed
You have a precious face trying to be a portrait competing with some movement of the hand/sword thingy.

I think you intuitively already know the above for a stand alone picture
It becomes less of importance when text dominates
