I'm not ok right now, but I'll be ok, its going to be a rough couple of weeks at work, but it will settle down...
Its not the easiest person to be for sure :/, its not the first person that I've had to let go, and Iknow it won't be the last.... its just not a fun thing for me to do

As a manager it is the worst thing I have to do, I agree. I know that I have done everything in my control to help that employee and through their actions they make it clear that they must go.
