Hey all of you office workers!

How does it feel knowing that you will have to spend the next 25-30 years of your mortal life sitting inside a tiny cubicle staring at a computer screen and going through papers?

And before you can do all of that, first you must finish a bachelors or masters degree (depending on your job requirements) from a university, which costs 4-6 years of your life plus tens/hundreds of thousands of dollars.

The handsome reward you get from that includes the following.

*Mediocre employer-provided health insurance.
*A weekly paycheck that offers just enough money to pay your rent and other expenses.
*Extremely little time and opportunity to "have a life" after work and on the weekends.
*A boring and monotonous, gray-colored work environment.
*Oppressive and potent workplace bureaucracy.

Probably better than you feel going to another mindnumbingly boring shift at the seven eleven you work at. With noticiblly less pay and even crappier benefits..... Just saying. But look at the rainbow here, at least the office gerbils will pay off that degree faster than you will.

Hardly anyone "goes through papers" anymore.

Modern reality continues to elude you.

A Florist! That's it! The perfect job for Mike. At last, I've found it.

You're working to live, but you aren't actually living.

I have a low IQ according to tests and assessments administered to me in high school, and I may not be intelligent enough to earn any kind of college degree whatsoever.

I may be stuck doing low-wage blue collar labor for the rest of my life because I am mentally disabled with an IQ of ~89. This IQ is highly insufficient for success in college.

The bi-weekly thing is a peculiarly North American phenomenon. The rest of the world either uses weekly or monthly.

And I can't work in offices for extended periods, it drives me round the twist.

I do not know...I like my office. The view behind me is not bad at all either. Not to mention the weekly lunch/office sex meetings with my wife.

Do you have a degree?

A bachelors degree is the bare minimum requirement for any employment other than menial labor.
