I commend for consideration the use of the smiley face or ' <snigger> ' to indicate a non-serious point or pun.

Management sets the rules of the club, full stop. Follow them or leave.

LC makes a valid point about the quality of mods here. Years ago I reported 2 stories for underage content but they still posted so I gave up.
