You can ask here. Best to give a quick summary of what you're after (category, major kinks etc.) so writers can gauge whether they're interested.
I'm not sure how likely you are to find an author, a lot of us are busy with our own story ideas, but no harm in asking.

With this level of fixation you're almost certainly have already the whole story in your head, just type it out!
No one can really do it justice, nobody's a mind reader, not for free anyhow, lol.

I just wrote a story for someone. Can't seem to submit though. Am going to write one for another person tomorrow. I have written for people over the years. However, I don't think I'm the right one to write for you. We just seem to have too many differences.
There are two ways that I might write for someone. The first way is not likely something I would do here as I would tend to project too much of my own personality into it. But I have written of events for people when they didn't feel they were capable of doing so. Or... At least given them the bones of the story based on what they told me, then had them rewrite it.
My preferred method would be to be given a story idea that I can just run with. That way I can take it any direction I see fit.

I am currently writing a series of stories for a friend.
Unfortunately she and I disagree about the level of description.
So I am writing two versions.
If you have a fully formed idea in your head it is better to write it and ask someone to edit.
Otherwise if its a basic outline then ask away.

So this chick hears about "literary erotica" but then learns its mostly 15 year old manboy fantasies. But its perfect because her loser boyfriend is a manboy with a 15 year old high school kid's idea of sex, meaning, nothing remotely realistic.
She signs up, masquerading as her boyfriend, asking for porn stories about her being degraded in every imaginable way. Her thinking is, how easy it would be to find a man who'd more than be happy to do just that to her. Then she'll write about the two or three dozen men she's been with, with no attempt to disguise the boyfriend's identity, and send links to all his friends and family.

Generally.. I'll look for a story on Lit some genre...wife swap, deserted Island...something weird and If I can't find it or not enough of it, I'll write it. Not enough BBW porn...I had to write BBW Blind Date Surprise. Not enough African Tribal Porn...I wrote The African Adventure. Not enough Amnesia stories...had to write The Amnesia of Beth's FAther. Not enough desert island or ship wreck stories. I had to write Shipwrecked with Mom and Esther and Castaway Siblings. Not enough old cleaning ladies with younger men. So I had to Write Christmas with the Cleaning Lady.
