You can't get a UTI form a condom - UTIs are caused by bacteria growth and condoms are sterile. So either somebody did not wash their hands, or it was a coincidence to begin with.
As for not feeling good... On what? Of cause barebacking feels better, but we are talking about a vibrator, not a penis. I am just curious - do you really feel any difference of, say, dildo with and without a condom?

I've never tried a condom on a dildo. Nor would I. I prefer glass ones.
It is not true that bacteria is the only way to get a UTI. That could cause it but irritation can also cause it. Use soap in that area and don't rinse it of well and you can get a UTI.

Ugh, I think it's more of a thing about usability. Hutachi's strongest side is stimulating clit through vibrations. But penetration is actually it's weakest point. It may seem exciting for some folks to watch, I bet. But those who specifically want Hitachi inserted are in a minority.
Think about this:
- If you want to see stretching action, there are much more better suited giant sex toys for that.
