Lit voters seem to require pounding thumping sex for stories to do well, closer to porn than eroticism. I didn't add sex to this, only the start and finish, thus the low rating.

The score isn't low, just middling, and its early days yet. I think it will find its audience. I notice a lot of the top stories in categories like Erotic Couplings are more lyrical than headboard banging.

Nah, almost enough votes in one day to qualify, and I'm mired in the "non-H" category. I think this one should have been a full length mystery/suspence rather than a snippet. I'm not sure I can get away with the thousand worder without descriptive sex. Interesting thing, I nearly submittted it as a poem, but the ending ruined that idea.

that ponly matters if you take the contest seriously, like winning and such. Besides, I find that sweeps wil often elevate a story once the troll votes are deleted.

I don't care about the contest, I wouldn't take the prize anyway. I only want the 4.5 rating to keep my author page red.

well, any poem that refers to Neil young deserves an "H" in my books, even if it is very dark ( more " Tonight's the Night" than "Heart of Gold")

I'm working on improving my writing, so feel free to offer constructive criticism as well. I'm really fond of Danica and her tale, and I want it to be the best it can be.

If you haven't read any of the previous parts, best to start from the beginning, because you'll be a bit lost if you don't.

Does anybody else feel like voting and 4 rating their own stories to keep them from being troll bait at the top of the catagory when you have a small, but loyal, group of regular 5 rating readers? That also temporarily bumps down stories with more votes that really belong at the top of the list, which bothers me a bit.

I'm seriously considering it after a couple of days worth of 1 bomb trolls hitting the first page (fortunately, corrected by troll sweeps)

Taking the Edge Off

Scenario 01 - Taking the Edge Off is the story of a girl caught masturbating during what was supposed to be an innocent weekend. The result is mutual satisfaction. including her first orgasm, although she still walks ends the tale technically with her virginity intact.

I'm interested in feedback on this one. It's not as developed as some of my past stories, so I'm interested to see how it goes over with readers. I've gotten a few votes and some good comments so far.

"Kim and Me" series

I wanted to take a moment of everyone's time and post a blurb about my first contributions here, a series called "Kim and Me." I've had a series of autobiographical stories suddenly screaming "Write me! Write me!" much to my surprise. Well, okay, then....

I've sent a note asking to have these three things retitled into a more consistent format. Honestly, I never thought that I'd have as many chapters as I do. There are three posted and another four in the bag and I'm working on chapter 8 already. The story really wants to be told. :D There's a lot to tell, too, so it's going to be fun. The woman's amazing. You'll like it.

There are three chapters so far:
Ch. 01: And Nothing Happened
Ch. 02: Kim and the Sauna
Ch. 03: Thank God, It's Friday!

I expect that I'll have more chapters hitting the board soon, so feel free to check back in my submissions area at least once a week.

I read "And Nothing Happened" this morning and I thought it was great.

I loved the way you have such an obvious enjoyment of the female body and I thought the sex scenes were well written and very erotic.
