Oven Roasted Bacon

By far the best way is in the oven. 450 for 30 minutes gets you nice crispy bacon, no mess.

I use quarter baking sheet pans lined with tin foil. Take the bacon off when done and roll up the tin foil - put in trash.

Easy pizey ;)

I usually drink the bacon grease...not really, but I've considered it. :)
 
I like to keep it simple.

Get a good fresh loaf of sourdough, cut two thick pieces, put aioli on one side, curry-infused ketchup on the other, thick slices of a vine-ripened tomato, fresh spinach leaves, and an even distribution of quality bacon.
