Hot water flowing
into ceramic heaven,
steam rising
as the tub fills
with jasmin scented bubbles.

Tired limbs lower,
water runeth over
heat envelopes me,
hair in wet spirals
succumb to relaxation.

never getting it all off.

spiders dips down low,
attracting perilous prey
within dooms morbid home.

eight forks ... spoons
shoveling, suckling
slurping in majestic delight.

beady eyes, zeroing in.
down the hall, of all
is lost. venomous wrapping.
scrubbing, soft succulent flesh.

sharp fang straw slices. bringing
forth life's blood. bright future
beckons. drop for drop. neatly
nourishing, the eminent future.


lil spiders spring up, wrapping.
webbing their hated homes,
across life's open doorway ...





Think I can do something
with this ... might be good as is. Whatcha think?

Your Day of Freedom was nice but not anywhere near as much fun as Liquid Euphoria; and we were having sooooo much fun with that one with the pc's 'til that creature turned up with all her bad vibes; bad, bad, bad, so bad; and can't even spell pretentious.

Pssst ~ just a couple things I noticed on your little verse above - was that sopping (as in sop) or did you really mean to say soapy?

Art & JC had their say, so now let me add another 2¢ worth:

You do write well and from deep within the heart; you bare your soul for all to see. Some days you're off and on others I'm off {not that kind of off! :devil: }; and your verse just won't connect. Stay true to your vision and share your being; let others construct pompous pretentious verbose structures that say nothing and are devoid of soul.

Not a peep to be heard.
Sound sleeps ... Tongues
travel long ... wet roads.
Leading ... Dancing.
Showing me, the flow.

I shall be good ... for a few.
Then your in trouble Mister.
I'm gonna jump on your kisser.
Grind ... wiggle to my hearts
delight. Take you away, fairy
wings for flight.

Round ... Round. Head spins,
slides. Give you all we have
suppressed. Take what I want.

I love to read and get inspiration from others post and thoughts. Sometimes it's just one word that will jump out. Then I kinda go crazy with that~ till I write it all out.

For instance: today's word~~ Temple

All the thoughts that go through the mind with that one lil word.
