I've been doing this for a few days now, just not online! I think it's good to find something positive - no matter how small - in even the crappiest of days!

What are your three for today?

Mine are:

1: Getting back in touch with an old friend
2: Being reminded that I am stronger than this
3: Understanding that my anxiety will keep flaring up whilst I go through this difficult period, but I CAN get through this

2. My dog's tail wagging in time with the drums on Cult of Personality

1. The big, fat commission check I received

2. The purposeful peep show from my favorite co-worker

3. Ice cold beer when it's hotter than the underside of Satan's ball sack



P.S.- I did do my dishes last night, and yes, I felt better. :)

Well I'm grateful that you didn't! I really need to see and spread some positivity today!
 
1. Got a phone call from an old friend. I hadn't heard from her in a while. It was great to hear her voice and catch up.

2. Met with a set of vendor engineers today. Great meeting. All the ducks are falling into a row. It's nice when people actually talk.

3. Met with the boss for mid-year performance review. She signed off on two completed projects (both done under time, under cost). Insert sound of my bonus hitting the cash register. Two down, one to go.

I'm seriously exhausted and hoping to get to bed asap, which leads me to another three positives:

Finally catching up with a certain someone

A nice cool bath to bring me some relief from the heat

My bed
 
A quick PM from someone who doesn't come around very often.

Getting my oil changed with no wait.

Saving the best for last, my daughter got home safely from Florida.

I pulled my car into the garage about 10 seconds before the pouring rain started. My car didn't even get wet (and neither did I).
My boss is on vacation - so work is much more laid back.
I was able to incorporate bacon into dinner. :D
 
I had great coffee and watched the chipmunks play before I headed off to work.....I did exactly what I love the most at project today....and third...Spotify has a great mix of music for me this evening.
 
Doing another walk through of the new home I will be moving into in 2 weeks...and I love it...and the neighbors seem really nice...All the people on the Culdesac are wave happy Every time I see them and I have not moved in yet...:D:heart:

Signing up for my next Tony Robbins seminar for in a couple months...

Picking out some new furniture...A beautiful desk, and new Living room furniture...and a lovely chest for the front entry way...:)

A beautiful phone call with someone very special...:heart:

Then get listing! :D three was just a guideline for anyone struggling to think of any on a bad day. It’s nice to hear someone has had a great week!
 
1. My bank account is still positive
2. I put the positive end of my battery in the right place
3. I convinced someone of their incorrect use of the contrapositive
 
1. The ideas that came as an epiphany to my boss today at 4:30pm didn't take me too long to put to paper;

2. My vacation started the minute I walked out the door; and

3. There was cold beer in the fridge.
 
Day not really started yet, but I’ll give three a go!

I managed to get my room cool again last night
My work clothes still smell amazing with the fabric conditioner I used yesterday
I’m so exhausted that I’ll probably sleep tonight
