So I found this video by 'accident' - I dunno what happened before or after it, but every1 should watch it.
This soldier ( bless him ) did right by not freaking out, though he could have been more calm ( I can C why he was not ).
It's a sad State when a citizen knows more about the law then the officer. I do not believe they should have arrested him. They arrested him based on feelings. There is no Mention of feelings in the Constitution of the USA or Texas.
This is a can of worms. This needs to be fixed. Pronto.
Both Sides may be wrong, both may be right. Overall though, this is a civilian matter, and not under Military Jurisdiction.

If the soldier was in the right, he should get an apology from the cops and not sue them for money, they are doing their job, even if they are doing wrong. I'm glad he offered them respect above all else.
