So the ex and I decided to be friends. I mean, for real friends. Because we always got along and there's no reason not to be friends.
Tonight, he's picking up my oldest to take him to a Bucks game with him and his son. I'm a little.... nervous about seeing him? surprised he's making that kind of effort?

Okay. This is seriously weird. I have a mad crush on Gordon Ramsay of BBCA's "Kitchen Nightmares" and "The F Word" fame. He's a chef who can cuss like a sailor. And, I love him. LOL. What is up with that? Ah well, an oddity to be sure.

He can be a nice guy and do nice things for your oldest without you being a part of the equation. Most of us are uncomplicated. Don't go looking for too many hidden motives...
I know it. I guess the problem is that part of me wants there to be a hidden motive. Even if that's a bad idea. I don't want to be with him anymore, but it'd be nice if he wanted to be with me. Which is an awful thing to confess.
But anyway, I survived the pickup. Yay me.

Everyone's talking about kids, and i have way too many friends who are pregnant or know someone closely who is pregnant...then there was my manager at the student centre who i interviewed about her pregnancy as a life transition...and then misty and i have been discussing (light bickering) over names we like and dont like...
I think this is all to blame for my weird twins dream last night...
i hope i dont have another one...it was just a bit too weird for me...
