Yeah. I figured I couldn't just ignore that he had a physical body, but I could make Jenkins think of him as a weird extension of Sparks, like a cyborg plush toy.

Same. I have a couple of scenario's in mind.
A) She has a simple crush on one of the guys after seeing them on TV and stalking them for a while. To the point of spying from their bedroom closet once...or twice. If caught, she would become over the top uncomfortable and watch said guy from shadows awkwardly.
B) She is actually a double agent of sorts, blackmailed into passing on information that will compromise the 'Misfits' in the future. If caught, she would plead the case of A), hoping to stay under cover for longer.
