It always takes me time to resynch my time clock especially when there was a 7 hour time difference.

Just yesterday it was mid morning for me, today it’s the middle of the night.

What a difference a plane ride makes.

For some reason, flying wet where the time is earlier doesn't bother me physically as much as flying back east &, in effect, "losing" time. After that return flight, it takes me 2-3 days to fully re-acclimate. I don't understand why. I would think it'd be the other way around.
 
I've found that an orgasm or two will help re-set the body clock.

Flying 'wet' is clearly the key, here ;).
