I wrote a story, published here as "The Rose". A reader read it and sent me back an audio of her reading the story. Much hotter than what I wrote. Adding the clip as part of a comment does not really do it justice. Suggestions ?
You shouldn't publish her reading of your story unless she gave you explicit permission to do so.
If she wants to submit it to Lit, and list the story as being written by you, then you need to give her explicit permission to do so.
For a little while, though, I would just revel in the rare joy that someone looked at your creative output, and was so inspired by it that they made something of their own in a different medium. That's rare.
