I've had too many problems with contacting editors in the past, so I'm going to take this request straight to here - I'm looking for an editor-slash-beta reader.
Now, ultimately, I'm looking for a beta reader because most editors I find just check spelling and grammar. I'm reasonably confident in both of those, so I'm not looking for that area. What I want is someone who can take a look at story content and tell me their thoughts on it before it hits the web. I want someone who can tell me if they thing a segment is dumb, if there's a big ol' plot hole hanging about, if there are any confusing parts or missing information needed, if characters are inconsistent or aggrevating... You get the picture.
Now, the work that I am seeking help for is a Lesbian/Fantasy/Nonhuman piece, in more or less that order of importance. It is something to keep in mind, and a very strong curve-ball to the genre system we have here on this website.
