Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, The name of the man in prison for contempt of court, Was told that if he repeated his actions of broadcasting live from court premises he would face a prison term. Two months later he repeated the same offence while standing in front of a sign telling him not to do so. He was arrested and incarcerated for breaking the terms of his original release.
