so I thought I'd toss this out there in case someone wanted to use the idea
New neighbor moves in. The man and his wife are bullies, in their 30's.
They start bully the sons/daughter parents.
The son/daughter don't get a long with their parents.
They notice what is happening but think its interesting to watch their parents submit to the bullies.
It's not just the son/daughter parents. They also notice a few of the other neighbors submitting to the bullies. The women in the neighborhood start to dress much more sexy. Seems to be a lot of gatherings at the bullies house. Then during one gathering he/she sneaks up to look thru the window to find out what is going on.
