I orgasm every time I use a strap on which is on a couple times/week basis. It is quite physical for me - just as intense (if not more so) and just as messy and wet if it was an orgasm from "traditional" ways of my being penetrated versus the opposite. Well my wife are just new into exploring strap-on play and I really want her to be able to cum from it.
