Yes, he's a documented personal coward. And his line drawing shows just how stupid, corrupted, and bought by the Russians and Saudis he is. Who do you think you're fooling?

What about you ? An angry old puss ball who whines like a fucking child if anyone disagrees with your non stop attacks on the President.

I've called you a pussy many times here but I also see you as a coward. You're just an angry old fuck who will be dead soon. Its not like 78 is young.

But then, I've read that the immigrants, including illegals, are more law-abiding than U.S. citizens are. If I didn't believe that's probably so, I'd look it up.

The immigrant issue isn't stalemated because of a Republican-Democratic partisan divide; it's stalemated because of a Republican-Republican issues divide. The Republicans had the votes to do something for eight years until last year, and they couldn't manage to agree among themselves. I presume they still can't.

The freedom caucus of the republican party fucked things up, no doubt. The Obama admin also had the house and the senate and forced the passage of ACA and did nothing for immigration. This is exactly what I'm talking about, your placing the blame directly on the republicans and to me I see that as disingenuous. There is plenty of blame to go around.

As far as who commits more crime, legals or illegal it's impossible to quantify that and I don't have an opinion on it.

No, I was saying the reason that nothing was done was because the Republicans are so divided on the issue. That doesn't absolve the Democrats of anything. You said it was partisan, which I took for a Democratic-Republican split blame call. So, I'm calling you on that one and saying you were trying to slide away from the issue being that the Republicans couldn't get their shit together on what to do. In fact the Republicans have done practically nothing about anything other then get us screwed up economically, fed the rich, and said "No" for eight years. In saying "no" to plans, they never had a plan of their own. They still don't. Their one plan--the tax payoff for the rich--has turned to shit for the country.

Back on immigration. No, I do not think that illegal immigrants should have the same privileges as either citizens or legal immigrants. So, where's the plan to change any of this?

OK, your a staunch democrat and the divide continues. You need to take a good look in your own back yard and weigh the evidence. I'm out here, have a good night.

By the way I think Moonflasher likes you, LOL

Well, not that staunch, if you've carefully read my posts and want to try it with an open mind. You can find the current crop of Republicans totally repugnant without any reference to the Democrats at all. All you have to be is a patriotic American.

I only know Moonflasher as an ignored blip. I'm used to be liked that way and it's sort of fun to know the Moonflashers of the world are rotting inside from their own bile. :)

I've read your post and tried to have a meaningful dialogue with you, with an open mind, and I find, that the only thing that works for you is complete and total capitulation to your point of view. That's not the definition of dialogue. Your disdain for the republican side is deep and blinding. I resent the fact that if I don't agree with your point of view I'm not a Patriot. I've put the uniform on and defended your right to free speech but you use your right in an attempt to indoctrinate others to your point of view. I hope others around you have the capacity to weigh all the facts and come to conclusions that are closer to reality and rise above the banter. No one party is responsible for all things ailing us as a nation, but believing THAT! is a very large part of what actually does ail us. The inability to accept someone else's point of view has a tinge of fascism to it. To browbeat and insult another person for their ideas or beliefs, to consistently chastise someone who disagrees with you is generally defined as narcissism. Not to be able to debate both sides of an issue with civility will never result in compromise or a solution to a problem and always end in failure. To hang your hat on Trump derangement syndrome is a very myopic position to take. You may hate the man but to what end. I'm a registered republican but I'm not a Trumpette. I don't believe he conducts himself presidentially but I also don't believe that all of his policies are a failure. I also believe he is truly concerned for the welfare of our country. To call him a Putin surrogate, well, you just can't see past your nose. He launched missile strikes into Syria, authorised soldiers to defend themselves against Russian mercenaries killing 400, sending lethal aid to the Ukraine, sending a contingency of troops and equipment to Poland, evicting 60 Russian diplomats ( spies ), allowing our troops to take the gloves off against ISI by giving our generals new rules of engagement and bringing our military to a higher state of readiness. He may smile when he stands with Putin but behind the scenes he's slapping the shit out of him.

Hardly, since I've identified several issues that I don't follow the "total liberal" line the Trumpettes here espouse for anyone who doesn't take their positions hook, line, and sinker. I've taken a "guilt on both sides" stance on Charlottesville since the beginning, and, recently, I've agreed that Smolletts is guilty and, here, that illegal immigrants shouldn't be given the privileges that citizens or legal immigrants get. There are probably more issues where I don't go out far to the left on if anyone bothered to ask rather than to stereotype. You're just sore that you want total capitulation to your point of view on everything, I guess. That the Republicans in Congress have thrown their responsibilities to the nation completely out of the window is something they are doing, not that I have done.

REALLY!!! Smollett, you actually characterize that as a partisan issue, that was a matter of LAW! Everyone should be incensed by the obvious dereliction to duty by the state's attorney's office. Here's the kicker, Rahm Emanuel sided with his police commissioner and then later found a way to blamed it on Trump to get political points. That's the fucking bullshit I'm talking about!!!!!!!! And then that fucking race bating bigot Jesse Jackson stage a protest over it. The only way it could have been worst is if the other fucking bigot Al Sharpton was there. O. J. Simpson all over again When Tim Mcveigh bombed the Oklahoma federal building I wanted to shoot that right wing lunatic myself. When that fucking right wing idiot used his van against innocent bystanders in Charlottesville I wanted to shoot his ass too. There were two groups at fault that day, ANTIFA and White supremacist, alt left and alt right and Trump called them both out and was accused of a being racist. Can't fucking win. Of course there was mention of Michelle's chief of staff tina sending a letter to Foxx but let's just sweep that under the rug because that would implicate Barack in an obstruction of justice case.

OH! OH! got to go! torches and pitch forks outside my house!

Top Marine General Let Emails Leak Amid Border Funding Fight so Service Families Would Not Be Forgotten

(Top General is leaving soon. Will tRump appoint the retired executive of Carnival Cruise ships, as administrator to the Marines ?)

The Marines’ top general allowed internal memos to leak out of the Pentagon to bring attention to service families living among hurricane-ravaged military installations as the Trump administration tries to bankroll the southwest border with defense funds at the expense of combat readiness.

(Crap! We do not have a real U.S. Secretary of Defense. Thanks to tRump we have a Boeing executive filling in as a "temp." General Jim Mattis was the last real leader, and he quit because tRump and Jared Kushner are declawing the American Eagle. They owe Putin money. John Bolton was promoted by tRump, and feckless G. W. Bush knew enough to keep Bolton on a short leash, inside of a crate.)

Congressional lawmakers shot down a Pentagon request to shift $1 billion from a military personnel account to fund Trump’s southern border wall.

Lawmakers of both parties have warned Pentagon officials they may be compelled to cut off the Pentagon's ability to move money within its budget if they do not seek congressional approval to transfer funds beforehand. Smith said the Defense Department did not ask permission.

Shanahan, the acting defense secretary, said they were given “a legal order from the commander in chief,” and the U.S. military was executing the president’s order. Shanahan added that the Pentagon was aware of the financial pitfalls and the risk of losing the authority to reprogram funds.

On Wednesday last week, the Pentagon responded to the House Armed Services Committee's authorization denial to shift $1 billion to help fund security measures and the border wall: “When the Department seeks committee approval, it does so as a matter of comity, not because it is required by law.”

“And we have to do something about asylum. And to be honest with you, you have to get rid of judges,” Trump said today.

The same day the head of ICE explained that the family separation policy and cages are because of policies from the Obama admin.

Trump said he’d fix immigration in his first week as President. Two years later, he’s finally saying he has to do something about it.

Fig leaf excuse for using Air Foirce 1, there was a round table talk on Border Security

Although about 650 miles of the U.S.-Mexico is fenced off, no new border barriers have been erected during Trump’s presidency.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/poli...e9-a047-748657a0a9d1_story.html?noredirect=on

The southern border is nearly 2,000 miles long with about 650 miles of different types of barriers that go up to 30 feet high. Most of the fencing was built during George W. Bush's administration, and was repaired as needed by President Obama's.

Trump has only replaced existing fencing without adding any new sections following the schedule as set by the Obama administration.

The plaque reads,

"This plaque was installed on October 26, 2018, to commemorate the completion of the first section of President Trump's border wall."

Mr. Trump has yet to complete any new mileage of fencing or other barriers anywhere on the border.

The usual propaganda sound bites and farce film footage were produced. tRump's minions found another peaceful bedroom town to victimize. Just as unthreatening and safe as El Paso.

https://www.sandiegouniontribune.co...a-struggles-with-resources-for-asylum-seekers

yes, tRump lied

That was not his new wall. tRump put his plaque on George Bush's fence, because tRump's repaired fence is ugly.

Trump is visiting the replacement border fencing in Calexico, California. There is now a plaque there saying it is "the first section of President Trump's border wall." Early last year, the Border Patrol went out of its way to explain that it wasn't part of Trump's wall.

What appears to have happened: Border Patrol accurately described the project in early 2018 as long-planned replacement fence, then Trump's team decided in late 2018, having not built any new wall, that it was going to brand replacement fence as his wall, so a plaque went up.

3rd California Dreaming for tRump ?

After the farce at the Calexico-Mexicali border, Trump flew on Air Force 1, to Los Angeles, where he attended a private fundraising event and had dinner with his son Eric on his private property in California.

April 5, 2019

BEVERLY HILLS, California—Late Friday afternoon, Donald Trump landed in Los Angeles for a re-election fundraiser. The event was organized by Trump Victory, a fundraising partnership between the Republican National Convention and Trump’s campaign

Tickets started at $15,000 for dinner, $50,000 for a photo op with Trump, and $150,000 to join his roundtable discussion, according to an invitation obtained by the City News Service.

170 people attended the event on private property

After about an hour, Trump left in his motorcade and traveled by boat to his private propeerty, where he reportedly dined with his son Eric. He is scheduled to leave Los Angeles late Friday night for Las Vegas to address the Republican Jewish Coalition for their annual leadership meeting.

phrodeau writes: "OK, let's give President Trump another fifteen minutes before we boot him out."

The Democratic Party & its media allies were absoluely certain that Trump wouldn't make it to the end of 2017. And then they switched gears and predicted that he'd be out of office by the end of 2018. None of it happened.

You need to be more REALISTIC, phrodeau - and accept the fact that President Trump will be gone on Inauguration Day - January 20, 2025 - and on that day you can then breathe a sigh of relief and get on with your life!

"The head of the DHS is quitting. It’s an emergency!"

Calm down. President Trump will appoint another DHS secretary who will be confirmed by the U.S. Senate! And, sometime in the near future, when Justice Ruth Bader-Ginsburg resigns, retires, or otherwise departs from our nation's highest court, President Trump will find HER replacement, as well, with the U.S. Senate confirming a THIRD U.S. Supreme Court appointment for this president! I mean, how awesome would THAT be, phrodeau?

And, who knows? Perhaps we'll even get to see Dr. Christine Blasey-Ford hired as a commentator at CNN or MSNBC to discuss how such an appointment could affect things in Washington! I can't wait!

Sarah Huckabee Sanders did not want her public image (as a woman) stained with the blood and tears of children. Sarah did not sign up for that, and that was above Sarah's pay grade, and Sarah would not touch that. Sarah was peckerwood Royalty, a protected First Daughter of Wealthy White Christian Womanhood. Sarah had a ladylike position, at the side of the President, and only told President's lies.

Kirstjen Nielsen was sent for, The Bitch Enabler of Concentration Camps for Children, when the Great Lie needed to be told.

The Great Lie has been told.

A whole economy is based on the Great Lie.

We now spend more on border security than the combined budgets of all the major criminal law enforcement agencies, including the FBI, the DEA and the Secret Service. Locking families up in prisons costs 10 times more than keeping them monitored in the community, and family caseworkers have a 100% track record in court appearances.

Trump Demands Homeland Security Secretary Who Will Break the Law

One reason Trump has abandoned his pretext of simply following the law is that the immigration crisis is not related to breaking immigration laws. The surge at the border is migrants seeking asylum. They are not sneaking in, but presenting themselves at crossing points legally.

Trump’s response has been revealing. He has not abandoned his demand for a wall (which is of course irrelevant to refugees arriving at ports of entry). He has instead switched to insisting the “country is full,” without bothering to explain why, or even that, he has reversed his previous stance of welcoming larger numbers of legal immigrants.

Chief of Staff, John Kelly

Kelly was key in installing Kirstjen Nielsen as his successor at the Department of Homeland Security. Nielsen was Kelly's chief of staff when he was DHS secretary, and he has regularly defended Nielsen against Trump's condemnation. Last month, Kelly and national security adviser John Bolton reportedly got into a shouting match over Neilsen's performance, according to multiple reports.
