Ritual

My spouse and I have a morning ritual for about the last year. I wrap my arms under her butt and pick her up. I hold her for about 30 seconds and sometimes rotate from side to side (ie my feet don’t move). She likes this a great deal. Today it was for a few minutes and she wrapped her legs around me. It’s part comfort and a bit sexual. It’s also making me stronger (low bar and she’s only 115).
