The eczma on my fingers is so bad today that i cant straighten them properly, or spread them out without the skin pulling and tearing and bleeding.

Ow :(

Why is my medicinal cream working sometimes but other times not :(

Have you tried hydracortisone cream? Also, try not to use antibacterial soap or hand sanitizer.

Conversation had with my ex~

Me: Hey, this flight from Blah is only $235.
Ex: One way?
Me: Why one way?
Ex: Why wouldn't he?
Me: So you mean he's just moving up here in March?
Ex: Yeah.
Me: So I should have my own place by March.
Ex: No, he said you could stay for a while.
Me: Oh, thanks.
Ex: Don't be a jerk.
Pause
Me: Wait, you mean he would live here. I would still be paying the rent?
Ex: Well how else are we supposed to pay it?
Me: *stare*

Yup, i have 2 of them...sometimes they want to work, other times they dont. :(

hmmm, antibacterial soap or hand sanitizer, so you mean like a natural soap?

Well, no, just not antibacterial. I get eczema if I use them, and I don't otherwise have it. My daughter gets it bad too with all the antibacterial soap and hand sanitizers they have at school.

I can sympathize, the skin on my hands would just pull apart they were so dry. Nothing helped until i moved.

Ok, i'll have to try it :)

Misty is suggesting a Neutrogena Soap with Glycerin in it. :)

That sounds good too. I wash my hands with Dove at home just for that reason, and I use Curel or Lubriderm moisturizer.

I dont know those moisturising brands, but i use mainly Lush stuff which is natural ingredients, and on the rare occasion as close to natural synthetics. And i've never had a problem.

the thing is, my hands is really the only part of my body that regularly has something OTHER than lush used on it, and that is the ONLY part of my body (now) that has eczma on it.

I might demand my GP to send me to a dermatologist, because for the last 3 years, i've been given the same 2 creams, alternately.

(after applying my 'topical corticosteroid' liberally might i add, my fingers are already starting to feel better in 10 minutes)

ya know that old joke....Why do dog's lick their balls? ....cuz they can...

Well, I think it applies to cats too.

But not for long.

Yeah, so I'm saving up money, using my tax return and getting my own fucking place.

To clarify, I would be the only one working and that would mean I would be allowed to pay for everything. Yeah, not going to happen.
