Spray paint. Lots of spray paint. Use templates to make patterns: polka-dots, stripes, chevrons, hearts, crosses, swastikas, pentagrams, etc.

I distrust pasty white people. What about the other black guys, Indian guys, and white people?

I guess he's really more of a kid...young adult. He works under the building maintenance guy. Of the 200 or so lily white corporate employees, he is unique. I'm never sure what to say when we cross paths, like "wus up?" or what, so I usually just say "hey". He hung the new light over my 'cube'. It's very bright and efficient.
