How do you manage thread subscription

I have many threads that I have subscribed to over the years - some are no longer active. How do you access the list of threads one has subscribed to and how do you edit a subscription?

Click on the UserCP link in the bar at the top. The complete center section is you subscribed threads. At the bottom of the page click View All Subscribed Threads. At the right of the thread list there is a checkbox click it for each thread you no longer want then click the drop down list and select Delete Subscriptions at the bottom of the list.

I don't know if the selected threads are stored as you move to the next set.
