Maybe try making a Gin Rickey - it might mask the bad gin (if you have lime and seltzer)
Fill a highball glass 3/4 full with ice. Pour in gin, juice of a lime, and 1/2 tsp superfine sugar. Stir, and fill remainder of the glass with seltzer water. Garnish with a lime slice.

I never knew the name of that song. Reminds me of disco days in the 80's.
Far, Speaking of which, reminds me of one time I was on LI back in 80's staying at a nice hotel, Garden something or other. You probably know. Anyway MC Hammer was staying there too and my wife and I had a ton of fun disco dancing with him and his entourage there. The DJ was playing all his music.

Nice place - it was a fucking blast. It was near Belmont park. MC had a race horse there, that's why he was staying there.
