Kyle Johns, 19, had been attacked in China Town Mall in Brisbane's Fortitude Valley by a woman who armed herself with her stiletto shoe.

Jazzmin Fry, a 21-year-old woman from Brisbane's southside was a complete stranger to Mr Johns.

"(She) comes to the middle of China Town with her heels in her hand and stabs me in the crown of my head," Mr Johns told 9News.

Mr Johns was rushed to hospital, and his scalp was stapled back together.

Fry pleaded guilty to the assault last week and a magistrate imposed a $250 fine. No conviction was recorded.

I guess they simply don't have the death penalty down under.



Maybe they need some common-sense heel laws.
 
I took a special class for women only on using your stilettos when I was taking Krav Maga a few years ago. They can be surprisingly effective weapons in a pinch if you know how to use them! :D
