ummm just passing by (bumping as well you'll notice)..with, hopefully, a serious question.

How do you do Lit if you are blind?
 
A question I am happy to answer. I use software called a screen reader. These days they're available for both phones and computers. In fact, all iPhones have one built in called voiceover. Basically, a screen reader makes the device speak, and adds commands that let me navigate to specific page elements. It's powerful stuff!

Is it just me or does anyone else think it would be hilarious to make the phone and computer say naughty words out loud? Or do you set the screen reader to bleep them?

I kinda guessed that might be the case.

Oh I will tell you right now that I have never, and absolutely will not ever force my screen reader to bleep out naughty words, though such a thing is technically possible. I mean, look what forum I'm on. Haha. I love when things get a bit dirty.

Giving this thread a bump because I've been a bit floaty lately. Was sick, but I'm over that now, and getting back into the swing, as it were. So bump. Bump it till it falls off! No, no, that sounded terrible. Bump it to make it grow! Well, that sounded less terrible. We'll go with that. Yay!
