Awesome. For political fun, the frat is fucking with Ásatrú / NeoNazi bullshit. See Barbara Hambly's Sun Cross duology for an interesting approach. (Barb said when she read an excerpt at a con, the audience fell silent and someone whispered, "You'll get lynched for that.")

I posted A Matter of Time last year and have sequels sketched out but I haven't gone to write them yet. I took a long break this year. Those should be easy. The original let me create a very usable story universe. Prof. van Ronk will have many confounding adventures with his Dimensional Dilator.

I've had an idea nipping at my periphery for awhile. Think 80's cliche scream queen goes Hard Candy, only with more blowjobs & less castrastion.

Michael Myers/Jason Vorhees/Freddy Kreuger finds a new target...only the "pure victim" turns out to be a sociopath that finds an otherworldly outlet for her less than virginal after dark cravings she can't pursue being the daytime good girl.

Freddy chained to the furnace in the basement, his back sizzling, while his front is being sliced by a naked nubile girl next door, wearing only his glove & fedora. And slicing everything, except the bits she needs....until she's done. (Okay, a little castrastion)

I guess casting Freddie Kreuger makes it a Celeb tale. I like the comeuppance. Monster get mutilated. But it needs a kicky ending.

Act I: Freddie stalks and thinks he's captured the girl but she's even more psychotic than he and manages to knock him out. It's a lengthy episode.
Act II: Your excerpt.
Act II: The kicker??? Maybe after disposing of Freddie (she eats the bits she slices off him) she goes hunting for Jason & Michael. Maybe Freddie does a Prometheus, his flesh regrowing magically, but no escape, tortured endlessly. Maybe Freddie is not her first delectable / evil psycho-victim; she keeps souvenirs, a closet full of grue. And maybe she turns out to be a noted political, religious, or corporate leader; this is how she works off stress.

Haa haa yeah close, only more NC-17 rated sex & violence opposed to Bruce Campbell one liners. And the only celeb that would fit would be Jennifer Lawrence, maybe Taylor Swift.

Hunger Games vs. Friday The 13th?

Actually an adaptation of one of the Friday the 13th Novels would probably work REALLY well just with all the bad people getting their happy off before the end.

Summary:

Church of the Divine Psychopath, a crazy preacher reads up about Jason and what he does (primarily kill teens who smoke, do drugs, drink and fuck) so what's he do? He grabs his congregation, finds Jason, heads out to the middle of nowhere and says "If you're good you got nothing to fear. Virgins and kids ALWAYS survive. Yeah. . .I'll let you cess out about how well that worked for the congregation on your own. PErsonally I think pride qualified as a sin here but I digress. I can easily see some sort of Hunger Games/Battle Royale where people were forced into the purity test (perhaps Cabin in the Woods?) and you know you're fucked because you did all that shit as a teen and you're not sorry, you're just bummed you're gonna die. Somehow I think my GF might finally let me have that threesome if she knows our chances of seeing tomorrow are between nil and none.

I haven't seen nor read HUNGER GAMES so I dunno. But I visualize an aged-down political figure, specifically an iconic corporate or right-wing manic bitch -- Hillary Clinton, Carly Fiorina, Meg Whitman, Ann Coulter, Michelle Malkin, Michele Bachman, Sarah Palin, etc. She is 25-35, hot, muscular, agile, insane, ruthless -- those mass-murdering demonic psychos stand no chance against her. She is Woman -- watch her slash!

If you've seen Running Man with Arnold or the Condemned with Stone Cold you've seen the important parts of Hunger Games. Not as well delivered mind you but you've got the jist.

Real doll owner gets a girlfriend and decides to toss his doll away in a dumpster.

A month or two later, the guy is doing great and is really enjoying his relationship. However he receives a call. The caller uses a text to speech program and seems to know a lot about him. It threatens his girlfriend if he doesn't dump her. The call is traced back to a missing guy who is found dead later that day. Guy gets another call and is threatened again. He warns girlfriend but she has friends on the police force and they get an investigation going.

The guy gets a call a few days later from his girlfriend's phone. The police try to trace it but the caller merely says that it's playing house with her before hanging up. The girlfriend is missing when they go to her house, signs of struggle evident.

Guy gets a pic of his girlfriend bound and gagged. As he's calling the police, another pic pops up with a plastic hand stroking his girlfriend's hair. A final photo comes in of his real doll looking worse for wear, wearing his girlfriend's lingerie.

Do you want to know how frighteningly close to describing an episode of Buffy you are?

Ahh, crap I forgot about that. I didn't watch those eps (I quit around the end of season 4) but I remember the synopses and the Buffy bot.

Oh there is nothing wrong with it but there is an entire episode about a guy who builds a sex bot, then gets a real girlfriend and tries to ditch the bot because it's batteries should die down after x days and. . .yeah it doesn't really work out.

Some ideas adapted from old tales:

* Man or woman suffers terrible accident, has hand amputated, but a replacement is transplanted -- the hand of a just-executed sexual criminal. The protagonist finds the hand is very, very skilled at provoking sensual reactions and orgasms. Too skilled -- the recipients are hand-fucked to death, suffering heart attacks. And it will not stop...

* Man or woman buys or inherits a haunted musical instrument. Playing that axe mesmerizes listeners, filling them with unquenchable desire. The musician is well-fucked -- but their fuckmates start going insane, demanding more and more sex and music. They keep coming back...

* Man or woman (rich and decadent) invites small, select crowd to their remote clifftop manor above crashing waves. Not an orgy -- all the infidelity occurs in private. But the house itself drains souls / life energy / sanity. All the fuckers go insane. The house leers.

* Man or woman collects lovers -- takes them, uses them, skins them alive, displays the dried skins on manikins. Has a nice set arrayed in vignettes in the large basement. They come alive for revenge, of course.

Erotic horror is absolutely my favorite category on Lit. Most of my (meagre) submissions have been in that category. I have a story series that is unfortunately stalled (Lesbian Vampire Wars) but I hope to continue it in the near future. LOVE LOVE LOVE erotic horror!!! Morgana

Reverse Bluebeard

In the classic Bluebeard tale he marries women, enslaves them, kills them, and keeps their bodies in the basement. He finds another woman to marry, gives her the keys to the castle before he goes away, telling her not to use one key. Of course she does, finding the bodies. Bluebeard returns but she locks herself in a aroom until her brothers arrive. The brothers kill Bluebeard and the last wife inherits his wealth.

But - reverse the tale. Instead of a male Bluebeard, have a female predator who lures young men to her home, uses them sexually until they are exhausted, and then chains them in her secret basement for future use. The last man has a girlfriend but he meets the predator just after he and the girlfriend have had their first argument and he is vulnerable.

Girlfriend follows them, notes location of predator's house, and when her boyfriend has disappeared the next day realises that he is one of many 'disappeared' men. She rounds up all her female friends and storms the house...

Bluebeard is indeed a depraved human serial killer. But is human depravity sufficient for Erotic Horror? Does not EH require a supernatural element? And is giddy supernatural horror even sufficient? I recall Guy Endore's classic novel The Werewolf of Paris set circa 1870. The title character is surely a monster. But the backdrop of the Franco-Prussian War, the Paris Commune, and the siege of Paris, displays human atrocities dwarfing the werewolf's rampages. That would be a kicker for an EH story: the local horror is trivial against global despoliation.

We had murders during the London Blitz. The murderers thought their victims would be unnoticed among all the other dead but death by bomb blast and falling masonry is not like strangulation or knife wounds...

Ellis Peters' Cadfael story One Corpse Too Many follows the same plot - a murderer's victim placed with war dead.

it's a good approach to take with horror, mixing boogeyman horror with adult horror. The erotic angle might be a bit hard to keep though if the atrocity part is played too realistically.


Had a disturbing idea just now. A woman falls in love with a local while she tours Malaysia. The local is gorgeous and and very passionate. The woman arranges to get the woman to come back with her to the US and they quickly become engaged and then married. As more time passes, the two of them have a passionate married life but things take a turn for the odd as time goes on. The new wife keeps lots of vinegar around and the woman, who used to be a very light sleeper now always sleeps through the night. Her bride also becomes very adamant about the woman having a baby. The woman is nervous about the prospect but she does want a family, so she gets artificial insemination and becomes pregnant. Her bride is elated and does everything to make the woman comfortable.

Then things get scary. Stories come in about pregnant or recent mothers (animals and women) being attacked, with the attacker draining blood and fluids from the victim, and anyone who attempts to stop the attack being burned and contracting an unidentifiable disease. Few descriptors remain but the attacker has long hair.

As the months go by, attacks increase and the woman becomes scared. She tries to arrange to go into the hospital early to deliver but her bride says it would be safer to have the baby at home since a maternity ward was attacked just the night before. The bride assures her that she is a trained midwife. The woman agrees though she calls a nurse in to assist. That night, she stays awake but pretends to sleep, and feels her bride sit up. She peeks at her to her horror watches as her bride's head detaches, bringing along her organs.

Her wife is none other than a penanggalan. And as the woman hides her fear until her wife leaves...her contractions begin.

Another adaptation - Hell House. The story as is has a lot of sexual content, which just needs a little bit of a nudge to go into the full blown erotic story.

The doctor's wife getting seduced by the spirit in the house (aided by drug laced brandy and a porn stash).

The good girl spiritualist who is also seduced to 'aid' a 'trapped spirit' by making love to it. And she finds out too late that again it's a malevolent force that is bent on taking her in the most brutal and depraved fashion.

The house having been the scene of depraved orgies and 'festivals'. As things went on scenes got more extreme to the point of... well let your imagination be your guide. Just don't take any of the pate if you get my meaning.

There was one I started back in early October, meaning to get it finished by that month's deadline. Since then, it's taken on a life of its own (far worse than the original horror element in it) and, if it carries on like this, the story of the process will be erotic horror in its own right.

Finding the right balance of gore vs jizz is tricky, yes. Do we want our horny horror strong, medium, or light? Funny or scary or just spicy? And is EH violence worse than BTB violence?

We need more 3rd-world horror, more from non-Western traditions. I have written episodes involving Navaho skinwalkers and a Mayan demon. I envisage tales of immigrants bringing nasty cultural spirits along in their luggage, spirits with particular dietary and sexual appetites. Three degrees beyond voodoo... hey, that's a good title!

A cult-tribe from northern Assyria seeks refuge from ISIL. The Hamadins have always been shunned by their distant neighbors, shunned as devil-worshipers. And they are. They're resettled in an apartment block in Naples, Italy. Weird sounds and lights are observed. Local dogs start disappearing. Then local kids. Then local virgins. Then local MILFs. Witchfinders are called in. Things spiral out of control. Et cetera.

Many traditions feature good and evil spirits, soul- and blood-eaters, shape-shifters, flying vampires, the whole lot. I favor diversity in horror. Hmmm, long time ago, I compiled a huge list of paranormal entities worldwide -- including penanggalans. I should post that somewhere again.

That's one of the adaptations I mentioned above. I've seen a few versions of it and yes, it's ripe for the extreme erotic horror treatment. Much creepier than House On Haunted Hill.
