Lol

It's almost been a year since the Orange Turd got in office. We've been living with "him" for that long.

The headlines on CNN tonight:

--What Trump Supporters Think of Shithole Remark

--WSJ: Trump Lawyer Arranged Porn Star Payment for her Silence in October 2016

--James O'Keeffe Says Trump Asked Him to go on Birther-Linked Mission

--US Ambassador to Panama Resigns, Says He Can't Work With Trump

--Trump is a Racist Who Plays on the Powerless

--How A Bipartisan Meeting Devolved Into Vulgarity

--World Wonders if Trump is eroding America's Moral Authority

--Trump Cancels Visit to UK over Fear of Protests

All this winning, I can't take it

And yet the day to day life of the average american has changed very little if at all.

(D)’s still haven’t gotten the apocalypse they’ve been pining for and swearing will happen any second now....... how sad for them .

Just your ascription.

We talked about how Trump would perform as Prez. Not about the day to day life and not about apocalypse. But plenty of talk about how he'd work out.

Actually, it's turned out exactly as Ds predicted, and worse.

We said he'd lie, fail, be incompetent and racist, fuck up the environment, break all his promises, screw over the "forgotten man," and it's all come true, and more. (Go check up on the Carrier Deal and how that's working out.)

I was just thinking back to last year when all the Trumpers were so happy and rubbing it in "liberals" faces. It was such a victory for them. It was all going to be great.

And here we are. Just one day's headlines. Haven't even gotten to Mueller. It's exactly as predicted: sad.

That is not ascription, it’s basic commentary.

And like I said.....despite all the wails and cries from D’s about it nothing has really changed. Because Trump is iust more of the same.

It's ascription to say we predicted an apocalypse. It's also ascription to say we predicted any change at all in people's lives after one year. All ascription.

We're talking about the behavior, actions, success and failure of Trump. We're judging him. And as I made clear, specifically in relation to his campaign promises and the expectations of the triumphant Dumb Fucks one year ago.

Your assessment that he is "no different than any other president" doesn't answer any of those things.

Besides which, it's patently untrue.

Trump has sunk lower in one year, by every measure, than George Bush at the very end of his two terms.

If you want to defend him and argue that he's been a great success, go ahead. Otherwise, you're being a fraudulent troll who doesn't know anything, as usual.

1) No it’s not, on the GB alone numerous people have talk about how he’s going to get us wrecked by taunting the ultimate super power, N. Korea who by the grace of the Supreme Leader Kim, hasn’t decided to come fuck us up.

2) If he’s not shitting on the lives of the citizens then why all the whining and crying about how he like, literally Hitler???

Fixed your post.

Meanwhile, I challenge you or Box to cite any specific deregulation by Trump that spurred "economic growth" in a way that helps the "forgotten man," and doesn't just whore up to corporations.

The stock market is up, but job creation is down, btw.

By not doing all he can to shit on environmental protection with “sensible regulations”.

It's not just the GB. Many people in the real world have said he's drawing us closer to nuclear war than any time since the 1960s.

Be that as it may, I personally don't think the moron would drop an H Bomb. Can't speak for Kim, but it's not something I worry about. But it's fair to say he has not made that situation one bit better; in fact he's made it way worse.

As for the minute to minute change in people's daily lives, what do you think immigrant families, CHIP kids, DACA kids, people in Puerto Rico, people with Obamacare, Sam's Club and Carrier employees, and Las Vegas victims have to say about that? Everywhere, the weakest and most vulnerable are being hurt. But they don't matter, because the stock market is up.

Speaking of Hitler, he was in power 12 years, dumb ass. Did the Holocaust happen in the first year?

You've been presented with list after list of all the ways Trump is parroting fascist language and policies and it flows in one ear and out the other, so there's no use going over it.

Possible outcomes:

* DOW 85,000 !! (because massive inflation / devaluation of dollar)
* Unemployment 1% (because those too weak to work have died)
* Crime way down! (because private prisons filled with shoplifters)
* Air pollution also way down! (because few can afford to buy fuel)
* Security forces expanded! (because unqualified dropouts hired)

Are those the trends?

Outside of Chicken Little, who are some of the "many people in the real world?"

Trump is not going to drop any H bombs either, unless the US or our allies are attacked. Nobody really knows about Kim, because he is so unpredictable, but I doubt that his advisors would allow him to commit national suicide. Being ready for war is probably the best way to avoid it.

Generally speaking, I believe people are better off, with low unemployment and bigger paychecks. People of PR may not be, but that is because of the severe hurricanes, unless you believe Trump set them off, the way you believe W set off Hurricane Katrina. Trump also had nothing to do with the Las Vegas terrorist.

And every one of them is a hysterical Trump hater.

Trump doesn’t set policy, so no, you’re just wrong and clearly an irrational spastic Trump bashed.

1. But he promised to, which is the point of this thread. Glad to see you agree: one year in, he's done squat for his base and violated his most basic campaign promise.

2. Thanks for proving my point: any talk of Trump's autocratic, fascist tendencies triggers you beyond any reason whatsoever.

Calling anyone who brings it up or lists the reasons or makes an argument hysterical Trump haters doesn't address the arguments. You turn into an infant screaming on the floor, hence: no point in talking about it until you grow up.

3. The President does "set policy." All Presidents do. Pulling out of Paris: that is "setting policy." They don't write laws into existence, but they set policy in many other ways.

He hasent done shit for the forgotten man, I never claimed he did.

I'm not really sure what is meant by "the forgotten man." If you are referring to what are often called "working stiffs," his policies have reduced unemployment and increased paychecks. The new income tax laws will drastically increase the personal exemption, resulting in less income tax for those who do not own homes and pay mortgage interest and property tax. These sound like pretty good improvements in the lives of ordinary people. :D

We had near full employment on the day he was inaugurated, after 8 years of Obama. It's very low, but it's BEEN very low. He didn't miraculously change things around in one year. in fact, job creation per month has been declining under Trump.

Name one Trump policy that can let him take credit for the unemployment stats.

You don't know what you're talking about with people's paychecks.

The R Tax Bill may produce some changes, but they haven't gone into effect yet, and meanwhile they are teeny. WAGES themselves haven't increased, they're only cutting a tiny amount of middle class taxes (to expire in 10 years) to gut Medicaid and Medicare and Obamacare. Some people MAY see a gain of about $60/month--in exchange for a 1.3 trillion increase in the deficit and then massive cuts to SS.

Supposedly, we're all waiting for all that money being funneled to the top to trickle down in the form of more, better, higher-paying jobs. None of that has happened yet.

Besides, even with all this supposed economic success, his approval ratings remain in the gutter.

And that was only one night. Busy busy busy...

Here are some statistics for you: https://data.bls.gov/timeseries/LNS14000000

The unemployment rate declined from 4.8% at the end of December, 2016 to 4.1% by the end of last month. :)

During the same period, the percentage of the work force who was employed went from 59.8% to 60.1%. https://data.bls.gov/timeseries/LNS12300000
And Tromp effected this, how?

How does this have anything to do with Trump?

I'll trade you. We can give Donald credit for Obama's economy if you give him credit for the worst mass shooting in US history.

It looks like the Boy would not want the God of Growth to be upset about any regulations related to climate change. The Boy continues to defend his father figure, the Stable Genius.

But the Boy hedges his bets and says he does not back this President.

Ah, to be a boy again and not have to take responsibility.

Bwa ha!!

'S---hole' projected onto Trump hotel

AAuEkFy.img

The word "s**thole" was projected onto President Trump's D.C. hotel Saturday.

Video shows the word, along with the "poop" emoji, being projected onto the property.
"Pay Trump bribes here" "emoluments welcome," and "we are all responsible to stand up and end white supremacy" were also projected onto the building

From the perspective of someone living in the UK, we just see it as all a bit silly. like the news will report stuff and people just laugh. I can imagine Americans must be really worried about him being in charge and hearing some of the things he has to say...

Their yearly tax debt will go down, but their monthly rent will go up.

1. That is standard for POTUS.

2.pointing out how absud you and the other hysterical Trump haters are for thinking he is literally Hitler based on little more then your hatred of him isn’t being triggerd.

Calling every R who beats a D for the whitehouse Hitler is being triggered.
