In India, in some communities it is the norm for the girl to marry her mother's brother or his son (depending on the age factor). And they have no genetic defects so far as I know. Most often society's taboo on incest leads to incest-rape and exploitation. I believe if there were no restrictions we would have a far healthier society.

I'd like to point out that Noah and the Ark didn't have incest. All three of Noah's sons were already married to women not in their family.
Now, after that yes, that's incest, but the immediate group would not fit within that.

I hope this is not true, because if it is, that therapist has commited a crime by betraying her other clients (sharing taped sessions with you) and should be busted.

For a long time the idea of incest had disgusted me until I read a few erotic novels/short stories that had incest. I'd never reveal them, but what I can reveal is the truth. You are correct , it's not protocol. But I guess her way of making me overcome my shame and guilt was to show me I was not alone. Fact is I may be listening and yes sometimes watching made up or even hacked recordings. I don't have a problem with her sharing our sessions if it makes another client feel comfortable.
The real crime might be the drugs we do , so I can be uninhabited.
Honestly I think she has helped me beyond words.

If you're being sexual ( not limited to having sex ) with someone, and you have to keep that a secret from your wife or girlfriend, then that is cheating.
