Use a towel and place it over your belly dude.

How about a large plastic garbage bag? Position it so one side of the opening is pressed tight between your tush and the bed. One hand holds the other side of the bag's opening while your other hand rubs one out.

When you are about to explode, pull the bag over your snatch and spray straight into the bag. When you're done, cinch it up and toss it.
