Looking for Story

The story is fairly recent, probably from the last 6 months, at most 1 year. I don't quite remember the category, but I believe it was Loving wives or Interracial Love.

The story has at least 2 chapters, it is about a wife that starts to have an affair with her boss or her husband's. Not quite sure how it happened. In chapter two the wife tells her husband she was asked by her lover to go with him abroad, it was either because he had work to do or on vacation. The husband is not quite happy with it but relents and the wife goes with her lover. While the wife is away he receives by mail photos of the wife with her lover and I believe one of them is of her lover fisting her. At the end of the story the wife ends up pregnant by her lover, something that the husband didn't want.
