I tend to get my accounts closed down on those photo hosting sites (no, for lack of use, not for naughty content)
 
A friend bought me some fake nipples

which adhere with an adhesive ring, and I've bought a larger size recently. Under clothing they definitely stand out.
 
My breasts are small but the nipples are sensitive. Not big. Just sensitive.

Interesting combination.
