When you are feeling down or blue, what are some of your favorite techniques for improving your mood. And don't everyone answer "orgasms".

Well damn...you discouraged me from listing my original answer. So I guess I'll go with good music and chocolate. If that doesn't work I just go to sleep.

Sunshine on my shoulders makes me happy.... Seriously, getting out into nature is a wonderful antidote for the blahs (at least for me).

Endorphin boosting activities and food like exercise and chocolate. Murdering things in video games (murder LOTS of things). Talk with friends. Enjoy a favorite meal/beverage. Take a walk outside, nature tends to have calming effects. Watch a funny movie or tv show. Basically, I do things that I enjoy.

I know this one works for me. I just need to go do it.

Gotta say ... wearing a steel cockring around my whole junk all day keeps me smiling and swanky.

On my shoulders, it just gives me sunburn.

I watch Monty Python movies. Particularly Life of Brian. After that, it's easier to look on the bright side of life.

Me too but too often I have to take matters into my own hands.

Petting, walking, and playing with my dogs. It's hard to stay blue when their butts are wiggling and tails are wagging. It puts everything in perspective too. All they require is love and attention...kind of like me.

Oddly, I find that cleaning the house helps. I think about whatever annoys me or makes me angry while doing dreaded chores, as long as I'm in a bad mood I might as well do something I hate anyway. Call it fighting fire with fire.

And afterwards, even if I don't feel better, at least I have a clean place.

Incidentally, my house has been quite spotless lately.

Actually, that's the same with me, more so when I'm angry than sad. Sometimes I think my roommate purposely starts an argument with me so I'll get pissed off enough to clean the whole house. (And yet I fall for it every time)

Happy Time

To sissy the best way to cheer up anytime is "SHOPPING".
sissy will put on a thong, corset, garter belt with fishnet hose, red dress with 12" pleated skirt, 14" hot pink petticoat, 6" red heels and 3/4" hot pink collar. :nana:
This alone is enough to make sissy feel giddy. :rose:

Or just spend a day locked in the stocks in the back yard.

I sling on my strappy and walk about stroking it as if I've got a big cock šŸ˜ƒ

- exercise (in my case: going for a run)

- getting out of the house for literally any reason, if only to buy some groceries.

- youtube cat videos, puppy videos, baby animal videos. It's a "cheap trick" I guess, but if it works...

- socialising, if I feel up to it. Just talking to someone - not even necessarily about whatever's bringing me down - often helps.

- dancing around to music

- Video games, tv series, movies. This only works if I feel like I have enough time, in general. If I'm already anxious about having "wasted" too much time, then "wasting" even more time on addictive media will only make it worse.

I love the cleaning ones. I wish I had this. I just shut down and nothing is accomplished.

Exercise, shopping & my dog.....not necessarily in that order

L:rose:

I generally just take my plane up for an hour or two, enjoy looking around and enjoying the view
