I was scared too....took the sleep study.....going out I wasn't getting any sleep even though I thought I was. They gave me a machine and it honestly changed my world!!! Do go anywhere without it and can't get to sleep without it. It's no big deal I've found out....getting and using the machine. The apnea....is a major deal!!
