'Your worst nightmare: a successful Donald Trump presidency'

I see we agree that the only way he could be successful is in dream land.

I'll bet this way:

Only to trigger better ones. Like he withdrew from Paris to force China - who is ze main environmental problem on the planet - to get on board.

You're in dreamland. Or denial. He's not going to be able to force China to do squat. China was already in the agreement and was moving forward.

If he repeals the 1999 one that was forced down Clinton's throat in order not to get removed by the senate following impeachment, and which caused the financial scandals and crisis at the conclusion of Bush's term; then by all means.

Yes the poison pill put in the must pass omnibus bill by republican senators Gramm, Leach and Bliley. However that is not and will not be on republican radar. Their idea of financial "reform" is to repeal Frank Dodd and to let the rest remain as it is with further possible deregulation.

Trump has no intention of reigning in the banking sector. If you think he does, you are again in dreamland. Or denial.

Was never meant to last. Whole thing was meant to wiggle thru over time an acceptable and better healthcare coverage than when Obama was elected.

That's what they said about social security and medicare. At this point, repealing the ACA would throw the markets into further chaos. Adding 22 million to the uninsured rolls will hurt the US - not help.

Not that easy.

Yeah remember when they said Trump would never be elected....

Nope. Maybe for businesses to stimulate investments.

Yup. If the ACA repeal passes there's one right there. The Bush tax cuts... expanded. If you think otherwise... well again, see dreamland. Or denial.

Tax cuts for the wealthy do not stimulate business investments. They encourage hoarding.

He already did his appointments. The whole idea of change is to do things different than what was previously believed.

If you rationalize anymore for this man, I'm afraid you are going to turn into a pretzel. Yes, complete ignorant lunkheads are leading large bureaucracies but you think they are going to make it better by their incompetence? Say it with me... dreamland. Or denial.

The Right is more moral. Americans simply don't realize what's the true reasons behind their decline.

Oh go to your ill conceived hell. Seriously? The right is more moral than the left? So far if you are any example, the right are more self righteous yes. By all means.

They are not up to him.

Do you seriously want to try to tell me that the president of the United States has no foreign or diplomatic duties? That he is incapable of creating international incidents? So, let's get this straight - the president doesn't deal with foreign matters according to you? Please elaborate on this very new and very unheard of factoid.

He creates storms to solve them actually.

Examples:

Not releasing taxes; to make a point, and a good one. WH later released a return of his 2005 I believe.

Audio only press briefings, or only for press no eletronic media.

etc.

All this, is to reset things up. People are taking too many things for granted, not knowing they were never supposed to be this way. So, back to the basics it is. A reboot is in order.

A looksie a Peregrinator's 'Future Regrets ' and his bump-post of an old thread would give a good idea.

:rose:

He may be a reboot - but the rationalizing of all his stupid crazy unprofessional shit that ALL of you would have hung Obama or Hillary for has got to stop. It's getting truly ludicrous.

Even your last bit is a bunch of damn spin. Holy shit. He is a one man pompous pile of ignorant mendacity.

If you want to claim superior moral character, it would behoove you to not defend his stupidity. Or at least not so vigorously.

Okay, Rob. Whatever you say, monkey boy.

Don't lump me in with that chucklehead. Also, don't blame me for your business havjng been put out on the streets ages ago, fuckstick. That was your doing, not mine.

Ohhh excuse the fuck out of me for having fat thumbs and misspelling Republican.
It comes with having a fat dick. That must be why you are so nimble with typing, amiright?

Rob = chucklehead? Perfect!

Saved for future use.

Ironically the fact is that he is succeeding. In spite of the press, the Democrats, and his own party.

I think he's playing a 'sleight of hand' game. "Look over here as I beat this CNN dummy" while I quietly move the agenda forward. A blunt instrument to be certain, but it seems to be working.

You're in dreamland. Or denial. He's not going to be able to force China to do squat. China was already in the agreement and was moving forward.

I'm afraid you're a wee out of the picture still.

China pollutes more than the US, the EU and Russia combined. They have been a major problem on copyrights, trade, and currency devaluations. You will have to see a larger scope dynamic to see how the current moves go towards that.

For example, earlier today, China made a huge move, that of course US media is too busy to discuss in detail, by opening its bond market to foreign investors (9 trillion worth). Particularly it will open to US credit agencies... .

You will refuse to see this as a consequence of the various trump admin moves in regards to the fiasco call to the Taiwanese leader, and saying to china: we have alternatives, being his usual bully, etc.

I don't think that. I was sending you a message that the first de-regulator of the financial markets was the Democrat Bill Clinton. And if it happens with Trump, it will be a fight too.

That's what they said about social security and medicare. At this point, repealing the ACA would throw the markets into further chaos. Adding 22 million to the uninsured rolls will hurt the US - not help.

Yes, to create them. Here, the ACA was a bold move to improve healthcare, but knowing that it won't remain as is - hence how exaggerated its regulations are and how it was shoved down the Republican's throat. Any amateur knew it was going to be changed still.

Yeah remember when they said Trump would never be elected....

Social security is too large a subject. Probably the largest problem the US has. They must agree on the formulas to calculate if it will go bankrupt or not in the 2030's before anyone attempts a change. This is a revolution triggering subject, many people feeling cheated.

Trump's win was an easy obvious thing, just obscured for those who always believed the polls and the polls only, and thought that's all the opinions and voters there is.

Yup. If the ACA repeal passes there's one right there. The Bush tax cuts... expanded. If you think otherwise... well again, see dreamland. Or denial.

Lowering taxes on business is not the same as lowering on high income earners. Yes, lowering it on businesses increases investment which stimulates the economy.

I am hoping. The new model Betsy Devos would like to offer has been tested in Michigan for the past 20 years and parents are very happy.

Your school system has been declining. These school boards became socialist infested. A clean up is in order. That's just one example.

Oh go to your ill conceived hell. Seriously? The right is more moral than the left? So far if you are any example, the right are more self righteous yes. By all means.

I only been a right winger since a few years. Yes, the right is more moral. It a different debate. But by all means call me what you want, I don't like having that debate.

Do you seriously want to try to tell me that the president of the United States has no foreign or diplomatic duties? That he is incapable of creating international incidents? So, let's get this straight - the president doesn't deal with foreign matters according to you? Please elaborate on this very new and very unheard of factoid.

He has duties. Exactly. :)

Foreign policy in the US has always been consistent regardless of who is in office. Trump will just do it differently. everyone thought the same about W. The US did fine and accomplished its objectives through W.

If you think he decides everything, you are mistaken. And believe it or not, he's not stupid. He's just not trained to speak to you like the usual politcian. In other words, LIE, while making you totally charmed by the speech. hehe ;)

:rose:

I don't give a fuck what you do with it. He has earned his reputation just as you douchebags have. He has been called far worse I'm sure.

I'm afraid you're a wee out of the picture still.

China pollutes more than the US, the EU and Russia combined. They have been a major problem on copyrights, trade, and currency devaluations. You will have to see a larger scope dynamic to see how the current moves go towards that.

Citation. I'm seeing that to be untrue. I'm seeing that China has pushed heavily into renewables and is dropping. Additionally that US is doing worse in air pollution.

I will be quite honest and admit that I don't know what this means for the future. But I'm going to bet you don't either.

I don't think that. I was sending you a message that the first de-regulator of the financial markets was the Democrat Bill Clinton. And if it happens with Trump, it will be a fight too.

Yes the old yarn that Bill Clinton did it. Regardless of the authors of the measure, the method of its inclusion and the reality of the times. But if it makes you feel better to blame it all on Clinton, then it's easy to see you're full of it.

Yes, to create them. Here, the ACA was a bold move to improve healthcare, but knowing that it won't remain as is - hence how exaggerated its regulations are and how it was shoved down the Republican's throat. Any amateur knew it was going to be changed still.

The republicans hands in the bill are a large part of it's current troubles. You should know that.

Social security is too large a subject. Probably the largest problem the US has. They must agree on the formulas to calculate if it will go bankrupt or not in the 2030's before anyone attempts a change. This is a revolution triggering subject, many people feeling cheated.

You trust the republicans? I mean really. We've handed the party with the hard on for privatization the keys to the kingdom and you feel secure in saying they won't mess with it? Really?

From the party that cuts wheels on meals and wants to kick people off medicare in droves to give tax cuts to the wealthy. Really?

Lowering taxes on business is not the same as lowering on high income earners. Yes, lowering it on businesses increases investment which stimulates the economy.

There's only one real major tax burden the US businesses - especially smaller ones - struggle with. And they'll never be touched. Payroll taxes. They are the sacred cow. Even if they do manage to privatize social security, don't be surprised if they find a way to claim that money for something else.

With the loopholes and current tax laws, the US has one of the lowest effective business income taxes in the developed world.

I am hoping. The new model Betsy Devos would like to offer has been tested in Michigan for the past 20 years and parents are very happy.

Your school system has been declining. These school boards became socialist infested. A clean up is in order. That's just one example.

I don't disagree that our schools need help. But the current trend of bleeding money off into unregulated third parties used by charter schools isn't the way to do it.

:rose:

Do you really want to try to tell me the most dishonest and least honest candidate in the entirety of the race is suddenly honest?

Really?

Hokay.

Citation. I'm seeing that to be untrue. I'm seeing that China has pushed heavily into renewables and is dropping. Additionally that US is doing worse in air pollution.

Citation? :) you don't follow the news?

Just google 'biggest polluters on the planet' , I prefer if you pick a link yourself.

I will be quite honest and admit that I don't know what this means for the future. But I'm going to bet you don't either.

Cute. And fine then I won't tell you.

But if its any consolation, I do not seek to compete with you.

Yes the old yarn that Bill Clinton did it. Regardless of the authors of the measure, the method of its inclusion and the reality of the times. But if it makes you feel better to blame it all on Clinton, then it's easy to see you're full of it.

Okey...

The republicans hands in the bill are a large part of it's current troubles. You should know that.

Huh? They wanted nothing to do with it. The Democrats had a majority. In fact, one republican even switch parties, giving the Dems a 60 vote to avoid a filibuster.

You trust the republicans? I mean really. We've handed the party with the hard on for privatization the keys to the kingdom and you feel secure in saying they won't mess with it? Really?

Exact. Probably the only precise statement you've made thus far.

From the party that cuts wheels on meals and wants to kick people off medicare in droves to give tax cuts to the wealthy. Really?

1st it is Republicans who made the latest healthcare proposal by the Republican congress fail.

2nd. Most of you Americans are ignorant about your own programs and don't see how sometimes cancelling some programs is to have a better scenario. But all lefties see is: republicans want to stop giving us money; damn them. Kinda funny.

I don't disagree that our schools need help. But the current trend of bleeding money off into unregulated third parties used by charter schools isn't the way to do it.

It creates competition thereby increasing quality. Yes, it is a good way to do it.

Do you really want to try to tell me the most dishonest and least honest candidate in the entirety of the race is suddenly honest?

Really?

Hokay.

Yes we can. :rose:

Blah blah blah... you know what... it's after midnight and I just don't care.

You're not going to listen to a damn thing I say. You're just going to be content to condescend and then get all butt hurt when someone doesn't like you.

Go do your own thing.

I see no value whatsoever in conversing with you. Somewhere between your holier than thou attitude to your superiority complex to your blatant condescension... yeah, life's too short.

Peace.

I just today saw a link to Rachel Maddow pointing this out. First time I've ever paid attention to her, and the longest by far I've ever watched anything on MSNBC.

My comment was something like "This administration has me finding gems in all sorts of unlikely shit heaps." Imagine you and Rachel Maddow saying the same thing.

It's fun busting frauds.

By the way, I forgot to add he used his Apple iPhone to take the picture.

You're so fixated on my avatar. If you wanted more photos of my naked upper torso, all you had to do was ask. :rose: This is one of many images I've posted on Lit. If you look closely, you might notice it was taken with a Nexus 5, a few months ago.

You might also notice I look almost identical in the two images, making your claims of fraud... fraudulent.

Your attempt to "expose" fraud by immediately attacking someone that you've never interacted with (and didn't take the time to research) in what purported to be a political thread exposes far more about you than anything. It's a tactic Trump uses daily, one that makes him a lot of friends. Keep it up and maybe Trump will appoint you Overlord of Cordiality.

In the meantime--since you're so interested--I'll be sure to notify you every time I post a new photo of me on Lit. sans clothes.

Maddow obviously has her own spin on the 'effects.' She's entitled to her opinion. <shrug>

It comes down to 'what he says' vs 'what he does.' I see him being tested by our adversaries and not backing down. I see our European 'friends' balking at his insistence that they quit taking a ride on the American taxpayers back. (Angela 'let them all in' Merkel for example.)

'Professional politicians who are in it for the power and prestige are never going to grasp what Trump is doing. As a matter of fact he represents a threat to their P&P.

It's nice to see you've "modified" your avatar to remove the date/time stamp of when the picture was taken.

It's fun busting frauds like you.
