How do you write a Murphy?

I had two threads of found forms and typically for me the only thread I can find doesn't work so here is a different link which doesn't really help me because I'm trying to find out how to write a Murphy. Do any of you bods know how to write one?

Never heard of it. Google sends me to this (below links) as the only credible reference to it. Doesn't seem like a style, but more of an attitude towards working your craft.

I've since found out and it's a personal name for somebody's made up form of adding more syllables to a Limerick. Each to their own but I'm very disappointed after getting so excited by it. Certainly not as much fun as Lit's own Bob.
